Refund Policy for Educational Programs

Please review our refund terms carefully before enrolling in any trading education program.

No Profit Guarantee

Since we provide educational services only, we do not guarantee trading profits. Refunds will not be issued based on trading performance or market outcomes.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only if submitted within 48 hours of enrollment, the user has not attended more than one session, and course materials have not been fully accessed or downloaded.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if the user changes their decision after enrollment, lacks time or interest, incurs trading losses, fails to attend sessions, or violates company policies.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited through the original payment method used during enrollment.

Subscription Plans

Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Yearly plans are prepaid and non-refundable in case of mid-term cancellations.

Service Termination

If user access is terminated due to misconduct or violation of policies, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
